5. Content Ownership and License

You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to SvetlanaLove, including photos, text, and profile information. By posting content on the Service, you grant SvetlanaLove a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account, except where your content has been shared with other users who have not deleted it.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

SvetlanaLove may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the safety of our community. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

SvetlanaLove does not guarantee that you will find a match, form a relationship, or achieve any particular outcome through the use of our platform. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

While we strive to verify profiles and maintain a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any user. You acknowledge that interactions with other members are at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SvetlanaLove, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or emotional distress, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to SvetlanaLove in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
